1 – Visit the official UIDAI website: Go to the UIDAI’s official website at https://uidai.gov.in/ or the Aadhaar portal at https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/
2 – Select “Download Aadhaar”: On the UIDAI website, under the “My Aadhaar” tab, click on “Download Aadhaar” or directly go to the “Download Aadhaar” section on the Aadhaar portal.
3 – Choose your Aadhaar number or Enrollment ID (EID): You can download your e-Aadhaar using your Aadhaar number or your EID, which you received during the enrollment process.
4 – Fill in the required details: Enter your Aadhaar number or EID, full name, PIN code, and the security code displayed on the page.
5 – Request an OTP (One-Time Password): You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number associated with your Aadhaar.
6 – Enter the OTP: Enter the OTP received in the provided field.
7 – Download e-Aadhaar: After successful verification, you can download your e-Aadhaar in PDF format.
Please note that to open the e-Aadhaar PDF file, you will need a password. The password to open the e-Aadhaar is the first four letters of your name in CAPITAL letters followed by your birth year in YYYY format. For example, if your name is “John” and your birth year is 1990, the password would be “JOHN1990”.
